Shipping & Returns Policy

What is your order turnaround?

Please allow 7-14 working days for items to be dispatched unless stated otherwise in the product description. Due to COVID-19 there are lots of delays with the postal service to please bare this in mind when ordering. 

 

UK Shipping Rates

£3.95 - 2nd Class (3-5 working days)

£4.95 - 1st Class (1-3 working days)

 

Dispatch notification:

Once you have received your dispatch notification then it will take the estimated delivery time above that corresponds with the type of delivery you have chosen.

Please allow an additional 3 working days on top of the delivery time before enquiring about your order, once you have received your dispatch notification your order will be shipped to you on that day.

 

Customs/Duties/Taxes:

The Doodles & Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damaged goods:

The Doodles & Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact thedoodlesandco@outlook.com to claim organise a claim through the courier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before emailing - without these we will not be able to help file a claim.

 

International Shipping:

The Doodles & Co ships worldwide. The cost of shipping is much higher than UK shipping, this is ONLY to cover the cost of shipping on our behalf - we do not make any profit on shipping. 

 

What is your returns policy?

Personalised Items

On personalised items we do not offer exchange or refunds.

We can send a preview of a portrait if requested when the item cost is over £20. This will allow you to make any changes before we send off for printing, following this we are not liable for any changes you wish to make.

Non Personalised Items​

For non personalised items a refund can be provided if the item is in immaculate condition and has not been damaged or worn in any way.

Unless there is a fault on our behalf the buyer will have to subsidise the cost of return. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

For exchanges a refund will be given for the items cost and the buyer will place another order for the new item. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
